How your body wants to move/be is personal and my job is to help you find out what that is. It’s about you learning to listen and pay attention to how you feel in your body as you lift, push, pull and explore your potential/parameters.
Classes are designed to support you, wherever you are.
My goal is to have a fun, safe, brain and body engaged experience.
Whether you are an athlete, gardener, hiker, biker, into cold water immersion, yogi, just released from PT, lover of lifting stuff… we are an inclusive group of Vashonites.
Classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in the morning.
